13 Tips To Stay Looking Gorgeous
All my gorgeous friends swear by these 13 tips to stay looking gorgeous. They are:
1. Practice a sport
Which one? Choose the one you prefer. It can be weightlifting, swimming, biking… whatever. Just make sure to exercise on a regular basis!
2. Walk 10,000 steps a day
Everyday. If you need to go out for 30 minutes just to walk and cross the goal… do it. You’ll feel regenerated!
3. Reduce your sugar consumption
Sugar makes you age early. Skin is composed of collagen and elastin, which make our skin supple and soft. Sugar causes cross-linking of collagen, resulting in stiffening and loss of elasticity of our skin. The more sugar we have, the more our skin starts to suffer. The less you eat, the better you feel!
4. Eat clean

No fast-foods. Try to cook as many meals as you can so you aren’t tempted to buy some crap and eat it.
5. Reduce your daily stress
It means a lot to your look! Stress causes skin issues to flare up regardless of what you’re prone to, whether it’s acne, psoriasis, or eczema. When it comes to acne, stress releases cortisol, which can throw off the other hormones in your body and cause breakouts on your face or body.
6. Stop smoking
Goes without saying. Smoking is probably the worst thing you can possibly do for your body, including your skin. Some of the toxins in cigarette smoke damage collagen and elastin, which are fibrous components of skin that keep it firm and supple. This damage speeds up skin aging, making smokers more prone to wrinkles on their faces and body.
7. Don’t drink more than 3–4 coffees a day
Too much coffee will destroy your look. Caffeine acts as a diuretic and prevents you from holding on to water, so your skin looks sort of prune-like. It can get dry and get washed out.
8. Brush your teeth
Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day. A healthy mouth and teeth help you look good, eat delicious and nutritious foods, and speak clearly and confidently. Being mouth healthy is essential for a good quality of life.
9. Sleep for 8h+ a day

Yeah, that’s super basic, but are you really doing it? If you have trouble with your energy levels, keep this in mind! Also, a 2010 British Medical Journal study and a 2013 Swedish study featured in the Journal “Sleep” conclusively found that a solid night’s sleep, for both men and women, resulted in a measurable increase in attractiveness when compared with people who were sleep-deprived.
10. Wake up by doing 10–50 squats

Doing squats will ensure your engine starts working properly. Squats also work to help shape your body in your most visual areas: legs, booty, and abs. As your body fat goes down, your curves and body shape become more defined, giving you oodles of confidence.
11. Have a positive mindset

Sound stupid? It helps you smile a lot more… and you get really good-looking by smiling a lot! Positive thinkers easily impress people. if you have an upbeat and bright attitude, then you will look more mentally and physically beautiful to new faces you meet.
12. Have something to keep you busy

I’m not talking about Netflix or games. I mean a project to embark on; goals to achieve. This keeps me hopeful and positive.
13. Drink your water

Aim to drink a gallon per day – especially if you are doing your daily physical activity. Drinking water also helps the skin look its best since there are elements in the skin such as hyaluronic acid and a vascular network that hold water and that makes the skin look younger and plumper.
